Package 1 ($175): Dive into a world of entertainment with giant Jenga, basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, and football. Pump up your workout with our weight set (dumbbells), then challenge your friends to carpet pool, foosball, and ping-pong. Test your skills on the golden tee arcade game (set to free play), and relax with our spare table and folding chairs in front of the wall-mounted TV.
Package 2 ($250): Upgrade to ultimate excitement with everything included in Package 1, plus four bikes for outdoor adventures. Lounge in comfort with bean bags and boards, perfect your golf swing with our chipping board and putting game, and enjoy outdoor classics like kan jam and bocce ball. Explore the neighborhood in style with two scooters, adding an extra dash of fun to your getaway!

We ask that if you wish to bring and animal that you reach out to us first. While we do allow animals we want to make sure they are they right fit for the home.

Between the months of November and March we store our patio furniture and fire pit away from the elements and they will not be available

Additional Rules:
1. The listed number of guests is what we will be preparing for and any changes to that number must be communicated ahead of time. There will be a charge of $25 per extra guest for those not indicated in the original reservation.
2. No illegal substances allowed on the property.
3. If you are caught smoking or vaping inside the property or if there is any evidence of it, you will be charged an additional $250 fee, along with any damage that might have been caused. Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home.
4. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
5. Respect quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM.
6. Please inform host immediately if anything is damaged.
7. Furniture arrangements are not to be changed.
8. No house parties allowed, exterior security cameras and noise monitoring are in place.
9. The person who made the booking must stay at the home during the indicated dates. If they can't stay, please let us know so we can update the reservation.
10. If you leave behind any items, we will reach out to you twice to try and retrieve them. If shipping is necessary, you will be responsible for the shipping cost or a minimum fee of $20, whichever is higher.
11. Host not responsible for third party interruptions such as power, cell service, water or internet.
12. If your stay exceeds 30 days, there will be extra charges for a deep cleaning, along with a mid-monthly light cleaning and property inspection.
