Wouldn't let us split the payment between ny brother and I and we have done it numerous times before. Then i asked if i could do cash and he pay the other half card and they said yes but there would be a $100 fee to do it that way. Got to our room and the room smelled awful and should of known with all the air freshers in the hall way. Day 2 we ended up taken some air fresher s from the hall way to put in our room to make it smell better. The beds were dirrty still and one of the sheets had a protective case over it that it had a giant yellow stain on it like someone pissed the bed. The A/c need to be updated as there was a extreme heat warning out but the A/c hardly cooled down the room. Sign says Newly remodeled but with stains in the carpet, the ceiling in our room looked yellow and brown, stains in the chair. Not a very good stay at that place!

The room wasn't secured. The room stunk. Shady individuals hanging around outside. Told to park out back if you didn't want your vehicle broken in to. We did not stay, backed up and got out of there.

Outside the property needed some fixing up, but inside the room was perfect. The fragrant smell was a little strong in the lobby area, not my favorite. But other than that it’s a perfectly fine place to stay.

The wifi was unsecured and I don't want to go through identity theft again so I avoided it. I didn't use the tv because it required you to open your wifi. Breakfast wasn't bad. Room was average condition for a hotel room. They get worn down quickly.

Bathroom faucet almost came off in our hands, toilet took forever to fill back so could be flushed again. Sink was used at 6 pm....and STILL had water in it the next morning--just didnt drain.

Super friendly staff, decent variety at breakfast. Loads of air fresheners some plugged into outlets some were just the ones that spray every 20 minutes in the hallways, the smell was overpowering and did make me question what smell they were trying to mask. A bit musty in the room and the light switches didn’t always work. But we only spent time there sleeping so it worked for us this time. I don’t think we would stay there next time we are in Sioux Falls .

This hotel had pictures that were deceiving. It looked okay online. We checked in and the smell of weed was all throughout he building. We opened our room to find an awful dog stench. We pulled back the curtains and there were loiterers right outside our window. A couple men walked past the e lobby with large knives hanging from their belts. We left, as we have young children, and we are awaiting a response from Expedia, as to whether they will refund our money or not.

The hotel is old and could use a makeover. The TV in my room did not work. Day 2 I asked for them to check it while I was out. They did not. When I returned late evening, I asked again. They could not get the remote to work with the TV. The Kleenex box was empty. I had to ask twice to get it replaced. Morning breakfast was ok. Most food needed to be replenished with a few guests complaining.
