    Step into comfort at our newly built, newly furnished 2-luxurious king Sweets and a pull out couch that sleeps up to six guests. Every corner has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay easy, relaxing, and memorable.

    If you arrive before check-in, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at the house starting at 11am at no extra cost; however, we will need one day notice pets must not be left at the property early. Just send me a message in advance so we can arrange the timing and make sure everything is set.

Dale was very pleasant to work with. The place had everything that was needed and more. Very clean, beds are comfortable and it is an easy location to get to from I29. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We were in town for our Godson’s wedding. The place was perfect for the family, including our fur baby. Quiet area. Conveniently located. Modern home with lot's of amenities and personal touches. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We’ll be in town again next year for another wedding and plan on staying there

Prairie Haven is a home away from home! The beds are lush, the coffee machine waiting to serve you and the fireplace waiting to be lit in the winter, or porch ready to be enjoyed in the summer. The host, Dale, is welcoming and so accommodating. We will book this cozy home every time we visit Sioux Falls.

Fantastic home, well stocked with linens, snacks, chargers, robes, coffee... honestly ANYTHING you could ever think of. Beautifully clean and a great set up of rooms, large dining table, tvs in every area, true driveway, no on street parking. Very friendly and relaible host!

Beautiful home with comfortable seating and beds. Coffee station was great and equipped with everything to get your morning started. The back patio is super cute and even had a swing attached that our 10 year old really enjoyed. Dale and Susan were amazing hosts who also helped us know where to seek shelter when the tornado sirens started going off. It was an eventful overnight stay is Sioux Falls to be sure! But thanks to the snacks and bottled water they had in the fridge, we were still able to eat during the chaos of the storm. Highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

You could not find a better home, host or location for a stay in Sioux Falls! Every last detail in this home is well thought out and makes you feel at home! Whether here for an event at the Premiere Center, Pentagon, downtown or shopping this location is ideal! The hosts are not only easy to communicate with, but will make you feel like longtime friends! The beds, the kitchen, the amazing outdoor space! Simply amazing! You definitely won’t want to leave! Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

We have used VRBO for years and this is maybe the best one yet. Everything was perfect about the house and property. The owner was super nice and very attentive to our needs. Everything worked properly and the appliances were very nice and high end. The owner did a lot of little things like having kcups, tea, snacks and water that put this over the top. I highly recommend this house.
