“Das Haus und die Lage ist echt super, die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns eine Reihe von Aktivitäten angeboten, die wir ganz einfach und simpel über sie buchen konnten. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir wollten die Villa für 24 Personen buchen und das hat dann bedeutet, dass zum Preis hier auf FeWo Direkt noch einmal 700€ dazu kamen. Diese "versteckten" Kosten haben uns gestört, ansonsten war's top!”

“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

“We were 4 groups of close friends with children staying 9 amazing days at Il Belpoggio Su Todi. I highly recommend these beautiful villas. The view was spectacular and the villas very spacious, clean and well maintained. Todi is also a good choice if you want to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We want to come back! Po pierwsze świetni właściciele, od samego początku pomocni, po drugie jeszcze lepsza lokalna opieka od sąsiadki Cristiny (nie ważne, że nie mówi słowa w innym języku niż włoski, jest prawdziwa, niezawodna i zawsze pomocna), po trzecie sama willa, jej wielkość, wyposażenie (ma dosłownie wszystko i jeszcze kilka rzeczy, które można ocenić jako fajnie by było mieć jak np maszyna do chleba czy popcornu), masa……

“We were met at the airport by Stephano (connected with him thru George). We also rented a car from Stephano. We had a pleasant drive to Todi and learned some history of the area. when we arrived at the house the cleaning lady was ill so there was a substitute. She may have felt some pressure since we arrived early. Stephan showed us around the house, which is lovely. George was always available for my many questions. George and his wife had everything we needed for our stay in their house or……

“Wir können allen bisher geschriebenen Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Wir (2 Ehepaare/2 Wochen/ Ü 50)) kamen selten so entspannt aus dem Urlaub zurück. Wer fernab vom Trubel zur Ruhe kommen möchte ist hier goldrichtig. Das Anwesen ist einfach traumhaft schön, sowohl die Gebäude wie auch der Park mit dem tollen langen Pool. Einrichtungstechnisch fehlte es an nichts und im Nachbardorf bekommt man alles was man so braucht. Herr Kuckuck, der deutsche Vermieter, ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit und gibt……

“Nous avons véritablement apprécié ces 2 semaines de séjour dans cette ravissante maison, spacieuse, confortable et joliment décorée. L'équipement est parfait et le jardin exceptionnel au milieu d'une nature bien vivante. Torre San Severo est situé en Ombrie mais à la limite du Latium et de la Toscane. De ce fait il y a quantité de choses à faire à moins d'une heure de route. Veronika est une hôte aimable et toujours disponible. On a qu'une envie, c'est revenir.”

“Abbiamo passato il capodanno 2023 in questa splendida casa di campagna in4 adulti e 2 cagnoline. La casa è spaziosa, ben organizzata e completa di ogni confort. Ed il posto è incantevole: circondata da ulivi e verde. Bellissimo il porticato. Abbiamo apprezzato il camino (con legna a disposizione) che ha reso davvero piacevoli le nostre serate. Per i cani c'è un ampio giardino recintato. La cucina è fornita davvero di tutto. Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fatto trovare in casa……

A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby……

“What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return……

Tutti molto soddisfatti, sia della casa dotata di tutti i comfort con un enorme giardino attrezzato ed una piscina che nella settimana di caldo torrido ha reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Die Küche (bestens ausgestattet) war ein häufiger Treffpunkt.Der grosse Pool war sehr gepflegt, wir verbrachte dort viele Stunden.Das Haus ist in bestem Zustand mit täglich gepflegte Aussenanlagen von Francesco. Francesco stand uns in seiner freundlichen Art mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Restauration(en) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und……

“We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore.……

“Room was spacious and clean - the facilities were well managed, I especially like the surrounding nature, awesome dinner venue, and great coffee/breakfast. I would like to visit the hotel again.”

“The family that runs the property speaks wonderful English and is so helpful and works to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and well done. Clean and everything works. The location could not be better to be near by shopping and restaurants. They park your car for you for your stay and are always willing to help with maps and directions to places. I loved our stay. Great European breakfast included. ”
