“My stay was excellent, upon check out however of a Grand Executive room that had no adapters for the kettle when we checked in, Katlego at the reception asked where the “her” adapters were. This made me a bit uncomfortable, I think whilst it’s important to ensure people don’t take the hotel property questions like this can be asked more professionally and politely. Please give this feedback to Katlego at your reception as she is the only issue I would say was unpleasant in her interrogation ”
