房間比想像中安靜，睡的不錯，只是每天清潔完，沒有補充紙巾和抺手毛巾，都需要跟前台說。 酒店的餐廳上菜很久，接近30分鐘才有第一道菜，很多錯漏，已經確認過才下單，上菜時都給錯飲料，而且食物沒有煮熟。

It’s a relaxing place for me and husband for holidays. Overall is good, especially the nice sea view from my room. Soaking in a hot bath tub with lovely sunset, that’s stunning! The only complaint is bad traffic from or to Patong beach, waste lots of time.

Throughout my stay, Jenny consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. I was there 7 years ago and this time come back felt the Room and facilities are bit old. Breakfast time refills was too slow and not forfill a huge volume of guest taking breakfast at the same time
