Our Bungalow was clean and staff were always helpful however noise from adjoining bungalows at night was annoying and big groups of loud adult males didn’t make for the relaxing break we were looking for. No issues with families with children as expected that in a amping village

Beware the bedsheets and towels are not included in the price, we had to pay 35 Euros for a family of four in cash In 2023 the possibility of not having free Wifi did not cross my mind and it said internet access in the listing without the word free, its 1 Euro an hour

Filthy and not properly cleaned. Doors not possible to lock properly and beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Ants invaded the apartment during the night.

Charge for linens was not communicated. Pedestrian Access was limited. The on-site store was not impressive. The pool closed from 5pm and opened at 10am, and we only stayed on night, with an earliest check-in time of 5pm and latest checkout of 10am, we could not use the pools at all.

Sehr dreckig und alles voll mit Schülern von studienfahrten bzw abschlussfahrten. Alles voller Haare und dreck in den Zimmern. War billig aber da würde ich lieber etwas mehr zahlen und hab dafür eine saubere Unterkunft.

Villaggio molto grande tenuto in condizioni fantastiche. Bilocale, dove alloggiavamo piccolino ma funzionale, unica pecca la doccia: é necessario un box doccia, si allaga tutto il bagno qiando ci si lava, e anche il resto della casa. Ragazzi dell'animazione simpaticissimi e mai invadenti. Personale attento e scrupoloso, a partr una ragazza della reception molto frettolosa e svogliata, e un ragazzp del bar che ci ha fatto passare a noi per matte su un argomento abbastabza insulso. Per ol resto tutto perfetto, sicuramente torneremo.

Udeområder var ikke vedligeholdt. Græsset var ikke klippet og træer var ikke beskåret - grenene hang ned på vores terrasse. Poolen var grøn pga manglende klor. Hver morgen kl 0617 kom skraldebilen, som tilmed havde bakalarm slået til hele tiden. Stedet var slidt. Priser i restaurant, kiosk og supermarked var langt over resten af området. Fx 600m henad stranden var pizza ca 5eur billigere

Fantastisk service fra personalet i reseptionen. Utrolige hjælpsomme og lydhør. Vi fik hurtigt svar på de spørgsmål vi havde, og de gjorde så vores ophold var perfekt. Restauranten var ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Pool var gode, både børne pool og de 2 andre.

God pool; Bungalow gamle og i dårlig stand

Vi boede i en bungalow. Den var gammel og slidt, og der var både fugt i væggene og voldsom meget edderkoppespind under fx spisebordet til trods for, at der var rengøring da vi ankom. Den eneste lampe i køkken-alrummet blinkede non-stop, og lyset i emhætten virkede ikke. Alt i alt bar bungalowen præg af alderdom og manglende rengøring. Poolområdet var meget fint og rent - vær obs. på, at man skal have badehætte på i poolen (kan købes på stedet). Stolene var virkelig gode. Poolbarens personale var meget søde og imødekommende. Personalet ved ankomst virkede irriterede over, at vi ville tjekke ind.

Unsrer Apartment war gut. Kurzer Weg zum Pool und Gardasee. Frühstück konnten wir Vorort dazu buchen. Mailand und Venedig sind auch mit Auto oder Bahn innerhalb von 90 min gut zu erreichen. An die Badekappenpflicht im Pool konnten wir uns auch gewöhnen. Strandschuhe sind für den Gardasee empfehlenswert. Ein Penny ist in der Nähe, ansonsten befindet sich auch ein kleiner Supermarkt auf dem Gelände. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen gern wieder : )

Schönes und modernes Mobilehome mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette und einem Bad nur mit Toilette. Es gab eine Klimaanlage. Der Weg zum Pool und See war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großer Parkplatz direkt beim Eingang der Anlage und ein Parkplatz bei dem Mobilehome. Check in konnte früher erfolgen, das war toll. Es war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Am Pool gibt es liegen und Sonnenschirm. Leider muss man im Pool Badekappen tragen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Grote caravans, nieuw, goed onderhouden. Het is een gezellig dorp. Leuk animatieteam, mooie zwembaden. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Bar bij het zwembad top. Goed eten en goede koffie! Eigenaar van de zwembadbar zeer vriendelijk!!

En resa tillbaka i tiden..

Den sämsta stranden i Gardasjön och ett pool område som är från 70-talet. Badmössa tvång vilket jag aldrig sett innan. Smutsigt på området och AC-n lät så mycket att man inte kunde vara utanför stugan.

The Garda Village is een heel mooi park voor gezinnen. Het park is netjes onderhouden, personeel heel vriendelijk, fijne zwembaden, leuke mini club met grote speeltuin en een goed restaurant met schitterend uitzicht over het Gardameer. Wij hadden een Maxicaravan Prestige, een mooie, nette caravan met 3 slaapkamers, 1 douche en 2 wc's. Erg luxe voor ons met zijn drieën. Enige minpunt is dat de caravans echt veel te dicht op elkaar staan, dat gaat na 3 dagen wel storen.

Old and moldy rooms.

Very poor and old standard, mold in rooms, not cleaned or vacuumed. Receptionists rude and disrespectful. The hotel added hidden costs for linen and towels, not shown here at hotels.com. Price way too much for what you get, this is more like a 1-star hotel.
