Location: located in the quietest and most residential area of ​​Numana, in a new complex with a well-kept communal swimming pool with private lifeguard available to condominiums (15/06 - 15/09). Beaches and the town center can be easily reached on foot.

Description: first and last floor. Entrance to living room with dining table, new kitchenette (with dishwasher) and double sofa bed – large bedroom with double bed – bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine – delightful terrace equipped with table and chairs – reserved parking space – air conditioning in each room - exclusive shared swimming pool.

Pets not allowed.
