Location: quiet area of Numana, a stone's throw from the center and all the services of the town. It is possible to reach the center of both Sirolo and Numana in a few minutes' walk.

Description: raised ground floor. Large and bright living room with kitchenette complete with dishwasher - double bedroom - second bedroom with a single bed - bathroom with shower and washing machine - garden equipped with table and chairs.

In the garden you will have the pleasant company of four turtles of the property.

Air conditioning in the living area. Reserved parking space.
