All guests must stop at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival to complete the required guest registration process and receive any applicable passes.

Things to Know Before Your Stay

Black Butte Ranch Registration
All guests are required to stop at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival to complete the required registration process and receive applicable guest passes. Please have your reservation details available.

2027 Oregon Tax Notice
For stays ending on or after January 1, 2027, Oregon`s Transient Lodging Tax increases from 1.5% to 2.75%. For reservations booked before January 1, 2027, our reservation system cannot automatically apply this future tax change. An additional 1.25% Nature Conservation Fee will therefore be collected separately for applicable reservations.

This is a state-required tax and is not an additional fee charged by COR Vacation Rentals.

Pet Policy
We welcome one dog per stay. A pet fee applies. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and clean up after your pet. Thank you for helping us keep the cabin comfortable for every guest.

Check-In & Check-Out
You`ll receive detailed arrival instructions and your personalized door code before check-in. The home offers convenient self check-in, so you can arrive on your schedule.

Standard check-in and check-out times will be provided with your reservation details. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

House Guidelines
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking inside the home
• Please respect the neighbors and the peaceful Black Butte Ranch setting

Hot Tub & Outdoor Areas
Please enjoy the hot tub between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM and be respectful of neighboring homes during evening hours. Please follow posted rules and guidelines.

Cleaning & Damage Protection
The cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our damage protection partner, Truvi, may contact guests regarding stay verification and damage protection prior to arrival.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vapes, joints, and other smoking products. If smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, including cigarette or cigar butts, ash, or residue, the guest may be charged up to $500 for additional cleaning, odor removal, remediation, and related costs.
• Please use all furnishings and appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are allowed at the house. Mandatory pet fee will apply.
• Pet rules: no pets on furniture, pick up waste, no unattended pets unless crated, keep on leash outdoors, report accidents immediately, guest liable for damage.
• Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in ticket or towing of vehicle at vehicle owner`s expense.
• No children under the age of 12 permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision.
•Never stand on hot tub cover. Renter will be responsible for any damage due to misuse.
• All guests and vehicles must register at the Welcome Center upon arrival to Black Butte Ranch.
