Location good. Communication and check in good. Very disappointed with quality and cleanliness of the apartment. Black mould in shower, visible damage around apartment from water damage, washroom/shower very small. I’m 6’1” and 190lbs, anyone much larger couldn’t fit in opening to shower. Bed was very uncomfortable, spent 4 nights on couch as it was better than bed. Cutting board dirty and mouldy. If you are laying in bed I hope you’re comfortable with your partner using the washroom by your head. The property management group is clearly more interested in making their money and not your comfort. Don’t know how the cleaning fee they charge is justified
