Nice apartment good location

Overall good apartment. Few teething problems such as no hot water but this was fixed promptly by Blau Sitges The meet and greet did. It go to plan . Our flight was late and we let the meet and greet person know when we were half an hour away from the apartment . We did not get any response so were left wanderingbif someone was actually going to be there or not There needs to be better communication Also the booking process was really complicated . We were charged for cleaning deposit this that and the other to be honest I was so confused I just did not have a clue as to what I had paid for and not paid for The booking process needs to be simpler ie one charge for everything
