“This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious……

“Easy access from port, and the hotel had a free early morning shuttle to the airport.”

“Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.”

“Forget-Me-Not Inn met my expectations and was a very comfortable location (if you have a car). It is not really walkable from downtown, but the Ride bus Red Line does have a station just a couple minutes away (walking) and runs once an hour. My only complaint is that I sent the manager two separate messages through the App with questions have not received a response to either of the messages. ”

“I was allowed an early check-in, which was fantastic in that I was in pain and needed a place to rest. The only down side was that I had some questions for the desk clerk and she was never at the front. I checked back 4 times within a foot hour stretch and no one was ever there. ”

“We loved our stay in the very large Studio. It was very comfortable, has lovely views of Sitka Bay and was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to call home during our six days in Sitka. If I ever emailed the host with a question, I received an immediate response. I didn't have many questions because the Host has a binder with everything you need to know about the property and great recommendations for what to do and where to eat in Sitka. We hope to return……
