「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot 」

「The radiator heat was automatically set WAY too warm for the first 5 days, then was OK. We only used the fireplace once when the radiator heat had been off too long, and it warmed things right up. There was no heat control in the room, and it's such a pain to get a msg to the host, that we didn't bother. Not happy at all that the only way to contact the host is via VRBO, and talking with an East Indian whose English is hard to understand. Probably our last stay via VRBO! The waterfront view was...
