旧市街の中心部に近く、バスステーションからのバスが近くを通るのでアクセスが良い。部屋は値段なりだが問題ない綺麗さだった。

A lovely hotel with helpful staff. Everything was good. My only problem was that my phone would not connect to the internet, but not sure it is the hotel or my phone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is literally on the main street. Walkable to all sightseeings in the town. If you go to the main square a couple of minutes away, there might be locals dancing traditional dance in the evening. Sivas is a lovely city I could've stayed for longer.

Do not stay here!

Before you pay for the room, check its condition. This room was right on the street, smelled like cigarettes, and was unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location, btw.

Düğün için 1 gecelik konaklama için geldim. Hem ucuz hemde temiz bir otel atıyordum. Beklentim yüksek değildi. Ancak, beklenrimln üseünde bir oda ve temizlik ile karşılaştım. Tek kişilik oda sarınalmama rağmen çift kişilik aile odası vermişler. Tertemiz di. Kahvaltı, olması gerektiği kadar. Zangin değil ama gayet güzel karın doyuyor. Ben çok memnun kaldım. Merkeze yakın olması ayrı bir güzel özellik. Otel dışarıdan bakıldığında vasat görünsede, kısa süreli konaklamalar için ideal bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

Poor experience at check in on both stays - two non consecutive nights in the same week. The guy on the desk had both hotels.com booking confirmation printed out and confused why they weren't consecutive. I explained, he charged for both. When I went and checked out the following morning, again still confused. His attitude wasn't welcoming on second stay. The room itself has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Carpet was dirty. Rest of the room was reasonably clean, though outdated. The hotel was street facing, but a major safety issue with say a small child who could fall out as the window swung open far too much. This would not have been permitted in my country and most likely others too. The WiFi was extremely poor The location was very central and close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. Finally a very nice breakfast (from 07:30) on the 7th floor. Good selection of cheeses, jams, bread, salad etc. Nice view over the city from the window.
Window opens far too much. A small child unattended could climb up on the window sill and fall out.
