A great place to explore the coast between Hyères and Marseille.

The interior of the apartment is almost new, the location is very quiet and right on the seafront with direct access to the sea. Two separate bedrooms, everything works as expected. The apartment faces west and the sunsets are really exceptional. The beach in Brusc is about a 5 minute walk. Several restaurants in Brusc are within a 5-10 minute walk. Parking at the house. Access to the A50 is about 10 minutes drive, Toulon 20 - 25 min, Marseille / Aix about 1 hour drive. The Sentier Littoral is right in front of the house, it's possible to walk to e.g. Notre-Dame du Mai or Fabrégas. And don't miss visiting & hiking through the Calanques. Very friendly and helpful check-in/check-out.

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick

Wir waren in der Vorsaison hier, was wir sehr empfehlen können. Es ist nicht überlaufen und die Natur ist wunderschön. Überall sattes Grün und wunderschöne Blüten. Die Lage des Objekts ist ausgezeichnet mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Zum Baden war es leider noch etwas zu kühl.

Séjour très relaxante

Nous avons aimé séjourner dans cet appartement agréable et fonctionnel dans un environnement très relaxant, sans pollution lumineuse ni sonore. Le plus est la terrasse vue mer et le positionnement au bord de l'eau, à 15 minutes à pied du port du Brusc, des commerces et restaurants et à 5 minutes de la large plage de sable idéale pour les enfants. Pratique pour visiter les îles et plages voisines à pied ou à quelques minutes en voiture. Communication positive avec l'agence concernant les paiements et les demandes. Le nettoyage pourrait être amélioré.

Vue magnifique et idéalement situé

Appartement confortable et très agréable, une vue splendide depuis la terrasse et même du canapé. L'accès au port, aux commerces et à la plage de sable s'effectue par un chemin piétonnier, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture pendant toute la semaine. Seul bémol, l'état des lieux ne se fait pas à notre arrivée avec l'agence. Sinon, nous aurions pu faire constater que le ménage avait été fait très superficiellement (montée d'escaliers non nettoyée, vitres sales, poussière et sable sous les lits, poussière sur les plinthes et la chaîne hi-fi, joints de douche noirs et un balai brosse wc dégoûtant. Et enfin, la porte coulissante de la terrasse qui s'est bloquée le samedi soir. Heureusement, grâce à l'intervention d'un serrurier très professionnel et sympathique, nous avons pu accéder à la terrasse, le mardi matin. Un conseil : merci de changer de prestataire de nettoyage!

Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir haben als Familie 2 Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht, davon viel Zeit auf dem herrlichen Balkon. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Direkt am Haus ist ein kleiner steiniger Strand, das Wasser ist sehr klar und schön zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Nicht weit entfernt liegt der große Sandstrand. Auch dieser ist sehr gepflegt mit sehr klarem Wasser. Eine Bäckerei und ein kleinen Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar, der Hafen und weitere Restaurants sind auch nicht viel weiter. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sie liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß, auch nachts war es noch sehr warm. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, aber man kann die Fenster geöffnet lassen (überwiegend Fliegengitter), dann ist die Temperatur einigermaßen erträglich. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Ausstattung der Küche einfach, aber ausreichend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Appartement ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Balkon (Meerblick/Westseite mit elektr. Markise!) ist wunderschön. Unschön ist der Eingangsbereich des Hauses und das sehr schmutzige Treppenhaus!!

Unannehmlichkeiten die nicht sein müssten

Komplizierte Übergabe des Objekts, 20 Autominuten weg von der Ferienwohnung und schwierig zu finden. Zudem muss eine Kaution in bar oder Cheque hinterlegt werden und ein Beleg einer Privaten Haftpflichtversicherung vorliegen. Diese Infos wären hilfreich gewesen, sie schon im Vorfeld der Reise zu erfahren und nicht erst bei der Ankunft. In der Dusche hat es starker, ekliger Pilzbefall, was wir der Agentur umgehend gemeldet haben. Diese fand es aber nicht nötig diesen zu reinigen. Die Markise (elektrische Sonnenstore) funktionierte nicht, resp die Batterie war wohl leer. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung eine wunderschöne Lage.

Excellent séjour d'hiver

Bel appartement bien décoré et équipé. Il est bien situé, en bord de mer avec une superbe vue. Le bémol se situe au niveau des extérieurs et de l'entrée de l'immeuble, qui s'apparente à un débarras...C'est dommage!!Mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Location très bien située. Directement au bord de mer et pres du centre du Brusc accessible rapidement à Pied. Nous avons été satisfait de l'appartement récemment rénové. Nous le recommandons sans problème. Les points qui pourraient être améliorés sont les suivants : La location nécessiterait un équipement plus complet dans la cuisine , l'équipement est très succint (il nous a manqué des ustensiles). La literie est neuve mais 'premier prix' (nous avons eu tous mal au dos, même les ados !). Malgré ces quelques bémols l'appartement est très agréable.
