Great place - very focused on making turnover

Fantastic location and nice room & restaurant. Great food. At the restaurant "Brasserie" it becomes a little too much of a money-maker. You get your food very fast, and then are directed out in lobby-area to have your dessert there. We had our dining table less than 1 hour. Then next guests are getting your table. Now we have tried it, we don't have a particular need to come back.

Excellent stay, a nice Hotel situated in a very special location. There was a wide variety of food available for breakfast, with their own baked bread, and the food served in the Brasserie was also of a very high standard, The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful assisting in our request for a room with access that would be easier for my partner. The room we stayed in was stylish, comfortable with a well equipped bathroom and an outside balcony. A minor criticism would be the room was over warm for sleeping and Wi-Fi and TV could have intermittent reception. However it will not stop us from staying again. Thank you to all the staff.

Tolles Frühstück ... ich liebte vor allem den Haferbrei. Süße Zimmer, hübsch eingerichtet und schön ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal und super nah am Meer gelegen. Nur die Sauna war nicht ganz richtig in Takt und im Zimmer gab es ein paar nebensächliche Kleinigkeiten (Schubladengriff locker, Duschbrause in mittelmäßigem Zustand).

Virkelig skønt hotel. Meget fin modtagelse med kort rundvisning og blev fulgt helt op på værelset. God mad og god betjening. Eneste minus er at der må ryges på værelsernes altaner, så naboens røg suser lige ind på ens værelse.

Servicen var helt i top. Standen på værelset lagde en dæmper på stemningen - mug i vinduesruderne, beskidte ruder både inde og ude, cigaretaske på terrassebordet, en balkon der generelt trængte til algefjerner. Derudover fik vi en dåse kaviar hvor halvdelen var taget af - uhygiejnisk og en fejl der ikke må ske. Foruden den dårlige oplevelse med kaviaren, er der ikke en finger at sætte på maden.

Avslappet profesjonalisme er ikke en tapt kunst!

Fra vårt første møte med Ruths til utsjekk hadde vi en herlig avslappende opplevelse. Deres herlig resepsjonist som hadde vendt tilbake etter noen års fravær var et friskt pust av god gammeldags klassisk avslappet men super proff service. Alle i restauranten visste hva de drev med og et kjapt blikk på vinkartet viste at dette var et sted de store produsentene ville gi sine allokeringer, magisk! Maten satt perfekt. Gamle Skagen er vanskelig å ikke like men Ruths satte prikken over i en for oss og vi kommer tilbake minst en gang pr år.
