“This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at……

“The apartment was exactly what we needed and an absolute bargain for the price. It was close to shops and a short walk from some good restaurants and the beach. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and we really felt looked after. The flat was clean and comfortable, easy to access and the hosting team made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The staff was great, especially Coreen, she went above and beyond, finding us bakery items we were looking for in town! She noticed it was my birthday, had a special surprise cake at breakfast! She even brought a laptop for us to check in at the airport and helped us! The hotel was clean, and they made you feel at home! Will definitely come back!”

“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”

“We have just returned as a family of 5 from our wonderful stay at Lordos. I have 2 children, one who is SEN…and the staff couldn’t do more to support us from understanding our concerns about our initial rooms with balcony and changing rooms for us no problem thanks to the lovely Magda to providing a pizza for our child every lunch and dinner time (this is all he will eat). The hotel itself is immaculate in condition and cleanliness! The housekeepers do such a wonderful job and are just so kind,……
