「Quirky little place, but very cozy and clean! Had everything we needed… Even a little espresso maker that we very much enjoyed! Somehow, the trains are oddly soothing… Lol! Ray was great and made us feel very welcome… His little dog Gimli even welcomed Our dog, Drake. 」

「The hosts were extremely responsive and appreciated feedback I gave directly. Given the colder weather and windows closed the trains were a very minor issue. I also appreciated the supplies they provided (including fresh ground coffee!). The space heaters were adequate (there’s a baseboard heater in the bedroom). All in all better than a hotel!」

「We had a great stay here. Home was nice and had alot of fun with the ping pong table and hot tub. There was a throw blanket on the top bunk that had pee on it, but was easy to wash. Clean over all, nice size yard and shower.」

「This was one of our favorite stays ever! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, the space was cozy and comfortable—perfect for my husband and me. The location couldn’t be better: peaceful, beautifully situated for getting around Portland, and just a short stroll to the lovely nearby park. Lill is an exceptional host, and I’ll be hoping this place is available every time we come to Portland.」
