「The room was very clean and ready before our check in time. The staff was very kind and professional. 」

「Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. 」

「One of the best places I have ever stayed. The whole property is relaxing and beautiful. The house had plenty of room and is beautifully decorated to feel like you are walking into a home and not another random rental. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the grill outside was very clean and easy to use. My favorite part about this place was the sauna and cold plunge. 「We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. 」
