“This place is a great space! A room with a view and a kitchenette and a nice modern bathroom! The one thing I didn’t realize was that it is basement room of the house of the owners, so we could hear movement upstairs. With that said, it was never disturbing or loud or on off hours, but just noticeable that we ourselves should be mindful of neighbors. It’s is a clean space with nice amenities! “This was our second stay at Cedarwood Cabin, and it was just as wonderful as our first. Such a lovely, peaceful place to stay!”

“We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.”

“Came in for only one night but had a great time in the area. Place is small but perfectly sized for 1 or 2 and tucked into a quiet side street off the main highway. Good local spots nearby and Mt Hood is maybe 15-20 min drive.”

“Our stay was good, that being said. It’s listed as being secluded and private. It’s far from private and only secluded because of the location. The need to list that the hot tub is not private and it is not next to the house.. it’s across the muddy pine needle filed parking area and down a muddy trail. The hot tub is a great feature, but if your looking for seclusion and privacy.. this may not be the place for you. The house has a spa bathtub, that would be great if the neighbors construction……

“We had 4 families stay for a local wedding. The house is perfectly set up with multiple sitting rooms, and a great kitchen for group breakfasts. Multiple dining tables for games and plenty of bathrooms for all.”

“I loved this little cabin for the super convenient access to timberline. 25 minutes away. It's also close to some great hikes and hot springs! The cabin itself was very cozy and had everything you could need, besides food and water. Plenty of blankets and pillows, all kitchen appliances work. The bed was comfortable! Overall super easy and awesome place to stay.”

“Excellent accommodations. Loved the rustic charm, spaciousness and the working fireplace. Especially loved the hot tub overlooking the river and all the towels that were provided. Only negatives were the grill needs work as it doesn’t heat up and the cleaning people arrived before check out - which felt very rushed. Despite that - would stay again for sure.”

“Cozy little cabin that's perfect for a couple or small group looking to hunker down during the wet months. We wanted a nice quiet cabin to spend a weekend reading and relaxing in front of a wood fire, and we got it! The cabin is rustic but comfortable, though if you're looking for privacy, probably best to look elsewhere. If the weather had been drier we'd have taken advantage of the lovely firepit outside and/or the riverside hangout area that's just a 50-yard walk from the back door. The……

“Perfect little cabin with amazing views! Bed was huge and super comfy, wildlife watching off the deck, close to all kinds of trails and waterfalls. Hosts provide some great personal touches. Highly recommend for a couple, plenty of space.”

“Great place to stay, and close to lots of wilderness to explore. Cabin is so quant, cute and the decor is perfect for the area. Beautiful rooms. Hot tub was amazing, and the fire place was fully stocked with wood. Kitchen was fully stocked with utinciles and was a great place to cook a home cooked meal after a long hike. Other houses are a lot closer then pictures/descriptions indicate, but neighborhood is quiet and cozy. Only reason for not 5 stars: Vacasa is hard to get a hold of. They also……

“Perfect place to get the rest we wanted while being close to hiking areas we wanted to check out. Being able to feed the Llamas and sheep was a bonus. This was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The communication with the host was top notch. I had a few questions and she got back with me within minutes each time. We plan on coming back!”
