“everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. “Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. “If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving.”

“Great hotel the only issue was they don’t have actual blankets on the beds. They only have thicker sheets. I froze at night because of it. Also most of their parking is in the back of the hotel. This wouldn’t normally be a problem unless it’s raining and you have to walk in the pouring rain because of it. They don’t have a back entrance and that really sucks.”

“We stayed at Scarlett pearl for the proximity to the marina. We love that the property is pet friendly and the fee was reasonable $75 with tax about $83. However, the hotel does have various rules for guests ,all guests need to check in with security the room card and an ID , no coolers allowed and they will not accommodate any special requests or upgrades they will tell you your welcome to pay for the upgraded price.”
