“I found the residence at Cambrian College to be as well kept as just about any reasonably-priced hotel that I've stayed at, with the only 'missing' amenity being a TV in the suite.”

“Nice quiet spot, host responds to questions quickly. city transit runs down street, closest grocery not far away. Nearby laundromat Bed comfy, good internet.”

“The safety of my motorcycle was a concern for the owner, so I parked it elsewhere. The living room consisted of a kitchen table 4 kitchen table chairs and a TV. Bed was very comfortable. No air conditioning and bedroom window screen had to significant holes, so I kept the window closed to avoid insects. ”

“We showed up to find another family in the apartment … left stranded with no where to stay after a 6 hour drive. It was disgusting anyways and in the middle of crackville … the other family had to wait over two hours for the cleaning lady to finish cleaning, so even though f I got to stay it wasn’t even clean or ready vrbo did nothing to resolve the issue of me being stranded the owner hasn’t refunded me yet either”

“Not a place to stay for a week. For any length of stay more that a day or two , kitchen amenities are needed. We had to go out for all our meals. Fridge was way too small. It was smaller than we have seen in hotels. Very clean and lots of room. Beautiful view on the lake. Nice quiet location.”

“We had a family get together. This was the perfect property to entertain indoors and out. With bonus games room separate from the home. Would definitely stay here again. Very private and large property. Great host.”

“We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house.”
