Was lovely and very accommodating owner. However l, it was freezing cold all night, the shower door was broken and the remote for the TV didn’t work. Overall was an alright stay.

Staff was brilliant with the kids very friendly happy to help free WiFi bonus room good layout but not great in condition could do with little things like hand soap spoons for the coffees but other then that not a bad hotel

Avoid this place....

The guy who we dealt with smelt of stale ale everytime we saw him, the room was dirty with bed sheets having someone else's hair on as well as white flakes all over it, no bathroom light, towel rail fell off as soon as we touched it, cold tap moved as we tried to use it, pillows were very old and nothing in them, cups were chipped and had obviously not been changed from the last ppl....there was a person knocking at the main door in the evening shouting through the letterbox for drugs when I just wanted to go to our room with our child...I do not recommend .....

We didnt like that we got given a twin room with a matress on the floor, the police at the hotel as other people were causing disturbances, plus the house across the street seemingly had drug deals going on... i literally packed up and left with my children at 21:30 and drove 4 hours home as it was awful people banging on the front door . Shouting. The police moved the people on twice but they still returned. Felt very unsafe

The property was very dirty and in need of a refurb. The beds were very old, the springs from the mattress stuck into our backs.

Owner only just bought but needs improvement

The owner him self was accomodating and welcoming but the lad said he had only just bought the place. There is still a need for improvement the bed was terrible and dipped like either the bed or mattress were broken. The windows latches were broken in the main room of the family room so good job no one went to lean on it as they may have fell out. The window right next to the kids bunk also did not shut properly. The shower needs resealing around the tray and a good clean as was mouldy.

Very nice people who run it and do their very best to help out in any way they can, they looked after our luggage at the book in the day we arrived we were early , and when we left for over four hours both times, so we could explore and start our time in Skegness without our cases and bags.

there is no one to greet you on arrival the outside is shabby there is no bar as in the picture the rooms are grubby the beds are uncomfortable the curtains are not worth using the carpets are stained it was an unpleasent stay and poor nights sleep definately not worth the £70 paid

Happy overall

Met the owner in person and he was a very honest guy who had just taken over the hotel 4 weeks ago. Some work still needs doing(the bar and restaurant is in progress) but was very open about it and he had a full conversation with me about it.The beds were quite comfy and showers look like they are new. We were shown to our room and told where things were. Overall very happy, will be looking forward to seeing how it looks next year

Ive never expected to see a "hotel" like this. OMG. I found a previous review about this hotel. Someone called it crackhouse. Ahahah. Yes its a good name for it.

Wasnt clean wasnt very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel, beds were uncomfy too, could of done with beening clean as sheets hsd stains on , and springa coming into your back, peoples stuff was left under the bed from previous was really unhappy .

The bar and restrant was closed our whole stay. The police where out twice during our three night stay due to the staff having domestics! Banging doors, fighting, through early hours of the morning, waking up my children. phoning the police on each other. Plug sockets where broken. The wordrobes where broken.Only one curtain was up in the main bedroom so every morning we where blinded and woken by the sun. No replacment tea or coffee. Carpet was sticky. Over all the worst place ive ever stayed! Ruined our break! Very upset.
