不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
This stay was very disappointing, especially compared to the pictures. Although the exterior had recently been painted, the interior was tired and run down. The room was dirty, especially the floor. I bought new white slippers and within 2 days of walking from the bed to the toilet, they were black. When we spoke to the staff and said no one had cleaned the room, we were told that they don't get cleaned for 8 days! It still wasn't done after the complaint. Cigarette ends left in ashtray, shower tray filled up after quick shower, broken shower door, towel rail upside down, had to ask for toilet paper and tea and coffee. The worst was blood on the very lumpy pillow that was replaced, but not removed.
We left 3 days before due to check out but could not get a refund. Hard to get hold of any staff, no one around. We would have stayed if they has mopped the floor and politely changed the pillows with apologies. It felt like we were putting them out.
Would NOT recommend 😕
