Lovely spacious hotel, beautiful public areas. Staff were friendly and welcoming and efficient. The Christmas tree was beautiful! Bathroom great - wonderful shower. Bedroom fine, but a bit dingy and thick layer of dust on light fittings. Lifts were the down side - really not clean and sometimes ...
