「Very clean, nice staff, nice rooms good food!」

「Exceptionally clean hotel with courteous staff」

「My stay at the Braat hotel was fabulous ! The cleanliness, the upkeep and the staff were amazing, super friendly! I was well taken care of during my stay, no complaints! My friend at room service was great young man who was attentive to me during my entire stay, the gentleman who brought little treats EVERY night was so lovely. 「Simpatia, disponibilità」

「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」
