This is a beautiful property - very clean, welcoming staff and location is perfect. You are within walking distance to everything. And, the view is spectacular. You are literally sitting on the water & the sounds of the water are amazing. This is a special place to stay.

The property is in a perfect position, oh and the views from our balcony were amazing!!! The crystal clear waters right outside your door, good size balcony to sit and relax and watch the boats come in. All the staff were friendly and helpful, always a smile and a kind greeting. Thanks for looking after us, we had an amazing time.

Fantastic stay at The Water. The views are incredible, the location couldn’t be better, and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing — genuinely helpful and always going the extra mile. A perfect base in Skiathos. Yes you could hear the Gin Fish bar but only loud on Sat/Sun. Rest of the time we couldn’t hear it. Would return in a heartbeat.

No sea view balcony even after selecting it sea view room, my neighbour had one though. Paid a premium for this view and did not get one. Flooding shower and sink drains. Safe was malfunctioning and did not match instructions. Everything else fine, but will avoid in future.
