Great location with fabulous views of Kolios beach a minutes walk away. The swimming pool was lovely and pool towels were also provided. Bedrooms were bright and spacious, and it was lovely to be able to breakfast on the balcony. The apartment was cleaned daily. Closer than I thought to Porto Paradiso and Paraskevi beach which were within walking distance. Also close to 4 supermarkets. Helen, who greeted us when we arrived was very friendly and made us feel most welcome. I would love to return.

Relaxing two weeks

From the moment we stepped into the room we new we had made the right choice.Helen that ran the villa was amazing,she keeps the place spotless. The bed was one of the most amazing beds I have ever seen and was so comfortable. The view was to die for. Can’t wait to return. We had white fluffy towels every two days. Hot water all the time. The property is bus stop 14 so in the middle of the island,plenty of good restaurants around. And about 4 local beaches. Go you will love it.😎

Good The one bedroomed apartment was well maintained with good sized rooms and a nice enclosed shower with plenty of hot water. The apartment was cleaned daily with regular towel and sheet changes. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The air con worked well. There is a beach accessed from the rear of the complex. There is plenty of parking Sea view from the appartment Not so good The complex is a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants in Agia Paraskevi. There is a bus stop outside the complex but these get very full in the evenings especially if you are going into Skiathos town. We hired a car so it was not too much of an issue for us. The complex is on the main road so there is traffic noise throughout the night. There is no reception area and the bar closes around 7pm each evening, this lack of a centre to the complex made it feel a little soulless as there was nowhere to return to for a drink after going out for dinner. The WIFI is poor and left our daughter frustrated that she could not access her social media without using up her mobile allowance. The pool needed cleaning as there was a green tidemark around the waterline, although the water itself looked clean. Very Poor The sullen attitude of the lady running the check in, pool area and bar was quite frankly rude, everything seemed too much effort or inconvenient, as if she did not want to be there. Such a shame as everyone else was very friendly.

Very enjoyable vacation yet again

3rd visit to these apartments, Im aware others dont find them all singing and dancing, but you get what you pay for. We like the 1 bed apartments, there is plenty of space, the terraces are amazing but would benefit from some loungers/softer furnishings to help you make the most of the wonderful views. The pool is more than enough, but with the beach being a short stroll away its hardly needed or used. The kitchens are the same as when we first stayed here in 1997 so although still usable would again benefit from a little upgrade. The bed we found very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpfulm Thank you Ellen for looking after us so well. Each member of staff that we met went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday.

LO STABILE PORTAVA ALL'ENTRATA L'ANNO DI EDIFICAZIONE : 1982, E SI VEDEVA DAGLI IMPIANTI ELETTRICI CON LE PRESE VETUSTE. IL LATO PEGGIORE DELL'ABITAZIONE E' IL RUMORE.
