“We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this place takes top spot when taking into account all of the following:- Location and views from the property and particularly the terrace are just stunning throughout the day but sunsets are special The property has everything and I mean everything you could need . The attention to detail by Tassos is amazing….. there wasn’t a single item we needed that he didn’t have and all high end electrical appliances . And his warm welcome……

“One bedroom upstairs, another bedroom and everything else downstairs, with separately controlled airconditioning. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage.
Airport is so close you can walk there in 10 minutes, and you can see planes landing while sipping your coffee on the balcony. Don't worry, there are no flights during the night. Skiathos port and the city center is also……

“Wonderful week in beautiful villa with private pool. The villa was clean, well equipped and all towels and bed linen changed regularly. Close to bus stop for beaches and a short walk to the centre of town and port. Maria is a wonderful host and we’d thoroughly recommend these villas. ”

“Katerina was the most friendliest of hosts. Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The location is breathtaking we spent a week watching the coming and going of boats all week. Great location also for visiting Skiathos town and its wonderful restaurants and shops.Looking forward to our next visit.”

“Staying in this house was an absolute blessing. It must be the most beautiful house on the island, nestled in the middle of a pine forest with a stunning view. Poulcheria, the host, was incredibly helpful—always available to assist us, whether with arranging boat transfers or renting a car. “Just home from a week atthis villa. Villa owner, kept in touch very well in the lead up to our trip and during our trip.
