「Excellent location and definitely get the parking pass for the vehicle. Everything was terrific except the bed. Not able to move without making my husband move or him me, felt like a waterbed! Plus big hole in the center of mattress was sucking us in and let’s just say not maybe one hour of sleep. Owner/property manager was great at communicating. 」

「The apartment was beautiful! It was clean and neat! Big windows to allow for sunlight. We made our own breakfast as because they supplied dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and blender. A washer and dryer was in the apartment along with hangers, laundry baskets and laundry detergent.」

「All the information needed to check in, unload, where to park and how to check out was clear and concise. Place was very clean and a great location to downtown Wilmington. We especially loved that it was straight across from the USS North Carolina. Made for a cool picture at night. 」

「Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! 」

「Very comfortable and clean upstairs unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach access is directly across the street. You will need a car to get to the restaurants and activities. We just wanted a quiet, low key get away and that is exactly what we got. We would book again.」

「It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

"During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
