It’s important to note that there is actually no One to help on property. It’s a secured entrance with keypad and a 24 hour phone service to help if needed. We did not find that to be an issue. The rooms were clean and roomy, and amenities in room were very nice (iron, refrigerator, hair dryer). Location to the city square was absolutely perfect! Literally a 3 minutes walk. We will return to this hotel and definitely stay longer! 2 thumbs up!!

This "lodge" was a disappointment. The "breakfast" consisted of shrink wrapped continental breakfast items in the room. There was no "service" here to speak of. Not even a number to call or a basic information sheet. Completely unattended!

Didn’t like having the risk of leaving the key in the separate though private bathroom. No staff available. Though we didn’t use the Lounge or cutlery/ crockery the amenities nay well be useful for others. Place ok for a budget stay. Area was beautiful

We arrived at the property to find that we had been double booked and no room was available as the property was now full. We had to find alternative accommodation in the area and we luckily found one property that had one room left. Grassington lodge offered no help in finding alternative accommodation due to their error. Extremely disappointed with how it was all handled and how we was treated and we would never use or recommend this property in the future.

It felt a bit like a fancy youth hostel, but the whole “no staff” concept was a bit off-putting.
