「Hotel très propre et personnel très attentionné.Piscine très sympa ou l'on peut boire un verre tranquillement.Un seul petit probleme ,le bruit fenetre ouvertes car l'hotel est situé entre deux routes..et pas très loin de l'aeroport..Très bel hotel tout de meme.」

「Staff and food are incredible - massive shout out to Stella, Ionna, Pat, Vasilios and the guys from the bar - all great and couldn’t do enough. The spa is gorgeous with lovely treatments. Drinks are good but if you only drink premium branded liquor then expect to pay - the drinks were nice otherwise but we did pay in the evenings for a nice bottle of wine or premium cocktail. We will definitely be back as it was 100% a 5 star experience. A beautiful resort run by lovely people.」

「We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay」

「Zimmer war sauber und okay. Die Toilette stinkt leider nach Abfluss. Es ist leider einfach zu laut durch die Flugzeuge. Davon ist die ganze Umgebung betroffen. Das wissen die natürlich auch, aber tun nichts dagegen. Keine dichten Fenster, keine gedämmten Wände. Der Lärm geht komplett durch und man wird hier ständig durch den Lärm der fliegenden Flugzeuge gestört. Ich würde nächstes Mal lieber in irgendeiner Vorstadt von Heraklion bleiben.」

「This is a great hotel for a nice quiet getaway. Always opt for the all inclusive. It is worth it. This hotel is on the beach amd has great food options. A beach bar and an indoors bar. An olympic size pool and a kids pool. I got upgraded to a villa with it's own lounging deck and infinity pool! It was amazing! This is more of an adults hotel but there were families there. It is a top class hotel. The drinks were top quality for an all inclusive hotel. Eg: vodka was circo and we also had 120 euro...

It was truly Cretan hospitality The location was convenient, always parking available, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was great. With plenty of options. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the attention to detail...
