“We had a lovely stay. Great facilities and we had a room with a lovely view of the bay and marina. The private beach was perfect and the bar had a good choice of mocktails. The daily shuttle bus to Corfu town is so helpful. I would usually never stay at the same hotel twice but honestly this resort was perfect and I can't wait to come back.”

“The hotel is very nice, in a nice location, the staff is trying, heated pool, nice beach. But what completely ruined my impression was the buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was not good, cold, the fish was dried out, the salmon was overcooked, the pork pieces were not good, there was almost no side dish to choose from, no complete salads, just awful! I would not dine here again!!!”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and was clean. It only had instant coffee in the room and my husband was disappointed with that, but not a huge deal. Now the only real complaint was there was a sewer smell both inside the building and outside in the beach area. It came and went, so at least it wasn’t a constant. We never asked about it, but someone had mentioned that it is common. It didn’t ruin our stay, but worth noting as it is a bit off putting. The……

“Lovely small townhouse hotel, recently refurbished. All the staff were excellent, helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast each day was really good, including freshly made cake and spinach pie! And home made jam! The hotel was well positioned for getting the local bus or walking up to Corfu old town along the seafront. Although not far from the airport, we didn't hear any aircraft noise. Would definitely recommend!”

“We LOVED our special stay at the Olivar Suites, our incredible room with the private gate leading to the ocean was so special! The room was luxurious, premium, relaxing and simply fantastic. The food was consistently wonderful, as was the friendly service. There is nothing I can criticise with the location, room, service or stay. 100% perfect and we can’t wait to come back again!”

“Nie wieder! Alles begann damit, dass wir 3 Stunden später in ein vernünftiges Zimmer kamen als der Check In vorgibt. Das erste das man uns anbot, befand sich direkt über der Poolanlage und war schrecklich laut. Die Zimmer wurden nur mäßig bis gar nicht gereinigt. Abends wurden Handtücher auf dem Flur an die Hotelgäste vergeben wie in einer Jugendherberge. Ein paar gute Seelen des Personals versuchten das ganze immer wieder zu retten. Leider bekamen wir als Hotelgäste mehrfach mit wie das……

“The staff were super friendly and welcoming and there were great amenities, but there were general maintenance issues which let the 5* rating down e.g., air con unit and room phone were faulty when we arrived and there were chunks of glass/breakages on some of the furniture in our room (coffee table and kitchen cabinet drawers). Overall service in the restaurants was good but on some occasions we had to follow up with the staff on the whereabouts of our food and drinks after waiting a fair……

“After a good night sleeping in the supremely comfortable bed, we always had a friendly greeting and enjoyed a superb breakfast made to order from local ingredients, really delicious! Looking out at the water and the distant mountains created a dreamlike atmosphere, such a good start to a day of exploring the island. ”

“Es war alles sehr niveauvoll und schön. Auffallend freundliches Personal! Anlage sehr hübsch gestaltet. Essen sehr gut - ggf. mehr griechische Spezialitäten wäre top - aber das ist Kritik auf höchstem Niveau. Wir kommen gerne! wieder ins Restia!”
