"it was clean, quiet, spacious. It was especially nice that a special area for smokers had been provided (my husband is a smoker). All the employees were very helpful and pleasant, especially Maria. Improvement in the lighting would be our main suggestion for changes. Having a frig and microwave was a perk. The exterior appearance was quite pretty. Parking was great. "

"This is our second stay at Prescott Resort and we were very pleased. Our large king room was roomy with a comfortable bed and nice sitting area. It was very clean except for a leftover washcloth from the prior party that stayed. I don’t know if they’re cutting back on the housekeeping staff but they do not come in your room even though we had a 3 night stay, so no making the bed, tidying up or dumping trash cans. You need to set your can outside if you need it emptied and same with replacing dirty towels. We are all about conserving water so we did reuse towels. We ate at both restaurants and food was always tasty and the servers were excellent. They are very welcoming and eager to please. We will definitely return again!"

"This was a fabulous stay! The staff and management were warm, welcoming and attentive. Everything was perfect for us. The pool area looked as if people had not showered before entering, but we didn’t use it. The outside area with a grill and fire pit are great for relaxing after exploring Prescott. The tv is set up for streaming several options, e.g. Netflix, Tubi but we couldn’t figure out how to pause with the remote. And absolutely, the puppy with the smile cup on the elevator door will bring a smile to you. "
