“Good position”

“Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando……

“Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. Reception……

“After making reservations 6 months in advance we got to the property and the employee couldn't find our reservation, even though they charged my Amex over $1100.00 the day before.. We had to rebook with another hotel last minute...We flew in from California....Candalwood suites stranded us without an explanation...Very poor customer service!”

“The bathroom could have been cleaner. If employees would actually CLEAN the bathroom…Thank god I always bring my own cleaning supplies and gloves and scrub the tub myself. I have been cleaning every single time I go out of town and bring my own supplies to clean because no one cleans like yourself!!! Don’t expect anything if you don’t do it yourself!!! If you’re looking for a spotless bathroom you will have to just do it yourself!”

“The rooms were nice on the site and in person. However I experienced mold on the ceiling in the restrooms and the pull coach mattress was filthy. Overall the staff was helpful and the beach view was amazing.”

“Has running water and air conditioner. A/C turns off when any window or door is opened. (No vent in bathroom, so if you crack window A/C turns off) Doors do not close well, due to rust; therefore A/C stays off. Not as appears in photos; only some rooms have kitchenettes. They do not acknowledge customer requests and front desk lies. The halls and stairwells are nasty. All hinges, doors, windows and locks are rusted. Paint is peeling. Mold in bathrooms. Mold on pool lounge chairs. Only one of……

“The kids love this place. They have activities for adults and kids. Beach is easy to get to.”

“There was no hot water, and the hotel was old and dirty！The bed sheet has hair left by previous guests, and it feels like it hasn't been changed”

“We liked the views from the balconies, the place is very dated and I had to get a towel to mop my room three times, it was just a place to shower and sleep. The pool was ok too crowded. Would never ever go in a crowded pool. Breakfast was ok nothing great. Would I stay here again probably not.”
