「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

「The first thing we noticed was how clean the entire building was, everything from the reception area, to the room, the pool area, even the skywalk to the parking garage! Our flights home were delayed so often that we decide to stay in town fur another day. The condo we had stayed at for our trip was sold out, we found a hotel by doing a basic search of the area, checked in and found it to be anything but clean. About 8 pm we decided there was no way we could sleep there so we used Expedia app...

「Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. 「The rooms were nice on the site and in person. However I experienced mold on the ceiling in the restrooms and the pull coach mattress was filthy. Overall the staff was helpful and the beach view was amazing.」

「The air conditioner didn't work. The refrigerator froze up and then defrosted leaking onto the floor. Maintenance came by and said we couldn't get anything fixed until the following day. So we were only able to use the bedroom area of the suite because the living room became too hot during the day. They were not able to get it fixed while we were there. The place is sorely outdated. The stove and refrigerator looked like it belonged in the 50's, the doors were sticking and hard to open or...

「The location is excellent, the beach is great. There's a nice restaurant nearby. The room is your typical motel room with a kitchenette. No balcony or private window.」

「The bathroom could have been cleaner. If employees would actually CLEAN the bathroom…Thank god I always bring my own cleaning supplies and gloves and scrub the tub myself. I have been cleaning every single time I go out of town and bring my own supplies to clean because no one cleans like yourself!!! Don’t expect anything if you don’t do it yourself!!! If you’re looking for a spotless bathroom you will have to just do it yourself!」
