"This was an older property so I wasn't sure what to expect but the room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There were ash trays set out around the property so I'm assuming they allow smoking. The room didn't smell of smoke, thankfully because that would have been a deal breaker, and fortunately I only smelled cigarette smoke one night when we went out on the balcony so we didn't bother staying outside. Overall it was a pretty good stay and I would stay there again."

"Loved this PCB condo! It’s comfortable, clean and updated. The view of the gulf and pier is amazing. We enjoyed every minute. The beach and included chaise lounges and umbrella were convenient. We bought 2 parking passes and the garage was easy and a quick walk to Pier Park. My only issue was that the check in instructions were sent via text not through the vrbo app. I missed them because I get so many spam texts."
