“It was the perfect spot for a weekend get away. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was really close to all the activities we wanted to do so we had a packed schedule but it was so cozy to come home to. There was also a box fan provided upstairs!”

“I rented the 2 micro cabins ( one for my 16 year old son & the other for me) they were as described, but we were especially thrilled with the bathroom on property being clean, modern and with a huge bucket sink and movable focet head that was ideal for washing hair. We saw other switches and pumps on the property that made us think there may be more electricity or water access although the post clearly stated the rustic, limitedness of these. The host graciously answered all questions. The……

“We came to the area to do some hiking and this was so convenient to where we wanted to go. The house was very nice and perfect for my daughter, my two dogs, and I. We loved having the horses and chickens near by and our daily visits from Bailey the big black dog. The hot tub was the perfect way to end our two days of hiking. Will definitely try to book with them again if we get back that way!”

“This place is everything advertised, everything works, and I'm extremely pleased. It's going to be our new family getaway spot. You do need to plan for one thing. The nearest real grocery store is the IGA West Liberty, about 20 minutes. And that's not even bad, because hey, we're trying to getaway from the city right? It just takes some forethought.”
