“Great bones, frustrating execution
The decor, location and staff at Mollie's were genuinely excellent — the staff in particular were helpful whenever I could actually reach them.
Unfortunately, the tech let the whole experience down.
The WiFi wasn't working, which meant the TV didn't work either. The Bluetooth-controlled lighting was vague and unintuitive to operate. But the biggest issue was being forced to download an app just to contact room service or the front desk — there was no option……
