"Room was comfortable even though I had the compact room. Totally adequate. .Toilet rim was a little dirty but likely a small miss by cleaning staff. Small shower stall but great shower! Very convenient location. Had parking which is a great feature given its very central location. Great bar too. Would stay again."

"The Guest house was good value with well stocked kitchen. My room was of a good condition and layout. The only issue I had was my shared bathroom was down one level requiring me to lick my room each time I used it. Overall great location, reasonable price, excellent staff."

"Really enjoyed our stay at The Grey Gull Hotel. The hotel is a little dated in places, but our room was clean and spacious with a nicely renovated bathroom. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, including with our dog. Food was tasty and reasonably priced too. Great value for money and we’d stay again."

"The hotel is very out dated, The rooms are small and are not well taken care of. I would not recommend staying here. The beds are very small, the rooms are old and the floors really need to be re-done. the bathrooms are just ok, Our room the shower leaked onto the floor and the floor boards we always wet and soft. "The Isle of Mull Hotel is superb. Everything was perfect - staff, rooms, restaurant, bar and spa. We particulary enjoyed walking along the fairy glen to and from Craignure. We also appreciated the pick-up to/from the ferry, as we were travelling without a car."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to Ferry terminal, train station and in the middle of a vibrant town center with good restaurants and shopping. Floors 3 and above have a great harbor view. Good breakfast buffet. "
