" Bring your wine and booze to the room before you get to the hotel. Closest store is a 20 minute walk. Gift shop doesn’t sell any. The hotel needs a remodel top to bottom. Best part of the property is that it’s connected to the convention center. Digital check in still requires a wait for the key card. "

"This property did not have sufficient heat for the space. It was all supplemental heat. The heat souce was an electric fireplace and a space heater in the bedroom. We checked the temperature in the middle of the living room, and the thermometer read 64 degrees. Some people may like it that cool, but we did not. The bathroom was freezing when you stepped out of the shower. The shower was amazing tho (once you got in - the shower doors did not want to slide easily). Best shower I have ever seen in a rental. The couch needs replaced. It is not comfortable at all. The host does not respond timely or list a phone #. They list the 800# for VRBO, so I had to call to chase down a phone # to get a timely response, which still didn't really help because they couldn't answer the early checkin question I asked when I called. By the time I recieved an answer about early checkin, it was 30 minutes prior to original, which was not helpful. We woke up Saturday morning after being out late Friday night to loud talking, loud music and contruction going on in the unit above us including hammering and air compressors running. We had to turn the TV up very loud so we could hear, and when we contacted the host of our unit, they said they would contact the neighbor, but by the time we left the unit around 2 pm, the issue still was not resolved."

"Our host was extremely accommodating, rapidly responding to all our questions. The location was perfect for visiting with family, close to highways, supermarkets and other stores we used. The house was very well stocked for the basics anyone would need to begin their stay. Perfect for our needs."

"First impressions were good. The space is clean and decently stocked with cups and cutlery. Beds are comfortable but ours was so old or heavily used that it actually broke one morning while we were sitting in bed drinking our coffee. But the property manager fixed it that afternoon while we were out. The bathroom is very small, and the bathtub backs up with water so you take a bath and a shower at the same time. The couch feels like concrete which is where unfortunately one guest was staying. Parking is not great either. All in all, it was clean, the manager responded quickly to an emergency however they didn’t tell us any check out procedures and we were able to be comfortable for a few days. "
