「This is a beautiful property and compound with wonderful access to the Rehoboth Bay and a private pier with dockage. We enjoyed launching our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards at the private beach as well as storing them in a secured area. We were also able to tuck our bikes away in a nice secure area And ride them into Rehoboth and surrounding areas including Indian River inlet. The stairs going in maybe a challenge for someone who has some difficulty with steps, but we found them a great way...

When you walk in the little hall way goes left to a living area or right to a set of stairs that leads to the upper floor. The upstairs has a huge bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The bedroom all the way to the left has 2 beds and a kitchenette in it which was pretty cool. The other side of the hall has a queen bedroom and a single bedroom. The upstairs also has a door at the bottom...
