It certainly wouldn't be my first choice, but it was sufficient for my stay. It was quiet and the room was a decent size. Good water pressure in the shower, just very basic. I feel the nightly price should be in the 75-$90 range to make more value for money

I would definitely stay here again when in Slave Lake. It’s right across the street from a grocery store, a gym and lots of places to eat. The place wa clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were large and came with an iron and ironing board, fridge and other things one could use on an extended stay. The wifi was solid also. I only stayed one night and didn’t wake up early enough to try the breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Room was large but renos were done poorly. But if you’re looking for a cheap, clean place to stay this is it. Breakfast was simple but good enough with eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, a variety juices, coffee, teas, milk, cereal.

Last minute stop and they were very accommodating. Quiet room and free parking. The place needs updating, but I think they are aware of that already. Has that 80’s vibe and still smell of the same smoke. At the end of the day, I slept well.
