Uriges kleines hotel

Sehr netter Service im Restaurant. Frühstück ganz gut. Warme Speisen werden frisch zubereitet. Zimmer alt eingerichtet aber sauber. Der Chef an der Rezeption ist aber leider sehr unfreundlich. Beine am Tisch als ich ankam. Keine Schuhe! Ungepflegtes Äußeres!

Great Service...

Great Customer service. Willing to help at a moments notice. We had to extend our trip by an additional day and it was well received and accommodated. Breakfast and Dinner were homemade and delicious.

Resepsiyondaki hanimefendiye bebekle gittigimizi bildirmistik ve elinde bebek yatağı olmasına ragmen kendi sorumlulugunda olmadığını soyleyip bize cift kisilik yatakta bebekle yatmaya mecbur bırakmak istedi. Kabul etmeyip çıkmak istedigimizde de kötü müşteri ilan edildik. Misafirperver degillerdi. Odayı kesinlikle kullanmadık. Check out sırasında tartışma yaşandı.1200 kmlik araba yolculuğundan sonra gecenin birinde başka hotele gitmek zorunda kaldık.

Pratiquement seul tout le week end, avec le patron et son epouse, qui est aux fourneaux. Hotel agreable. Le patron est tres renfrogne, c’est le moins que l’on puisse dire. Madame plus aimable. Mais cela ne manque pas de pittoresque. J’y etais pour affaires, j‘y retournerai si l‘occasion de presente.

Wir hatte das, wie hier beschrieben, großes Frühstück. Das ist wohl etwas übertrieben. Und die Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Die Salami und der Schinken ist nicht frisch. Die Cornflakes rochen extrem muffig. Das Omelette und die Spiegeleier waren viel zu lange gekocht. Die Servicekraft hat wohl noch nie in einer guten Küche gearbeitet. Der Orangensaft war mit Wasser verdünnt.... Wir haben die Servicekraft darauf hingewiesen. Sie erwiderte, dass noch niemand etwas reklamiert hat. Kein Wunder, man ist wohl sprachlos bei so einen schlechten Frühstück. Den vollen Preis kann man hierfür nicht verlangen. Es stellte sich im Nachhinein heraus, dass die Servicekraft die Eugentümerin ist. Das war anhand ihrer Inkompetenz nicht zu erkennen. Auch am 2. Tag war das Frühstück nicht besser. Der Kaffe war grausig und die Cornflakes immer noch in der Plastikdose die extrem nach Plastik roch. Die Auswahl sehr spärlich. Wenigstens die andere Servicekraft hat das Spiegelei einigermaßen gut hinbekommen. Der Eigentümer des Hotels wird verständnis haben, das hierfür nicht der komplette Preis von uns bezahlt werden muss. Wenn er es nicht reklamiert, gehen wir davon aus, dass er einverstanden ist, dass wir den Preis mindern können. Die.Beschreibung auf dem Portal Hotels.com gehört aktualisiert. Da stimmt einiges nicht und hat uns zur Buchung veranlasst. Wir fühlen uns arglistig getäuscht.

İ was very disappointed, the word “please” would be appreciated for a friendly communication. Hotel is very expemsive for old furniture and bad breakfast. We had to ask staff to finally provide breakfast at expected service at 7 am.

Sosta per riposare durante un viaggio di lavoro. Prenotato due camere. In riferimento alla mia: piccola, letto una piazza e mezzo malgrado ho prenotato la camera con il letto matrimoniale; Formiche nel letto; Phon non funzionante, Appendi doccia rotto; pulizia insoddisfacente. Inoltre accoglienza check di basso livello quasi che l'arrivo in struttura verso le 22 dava fastidio. Invece buon Check out con ragazza cordiale e disponibile. Troppo caro per i servizi e condizioni. Stanza venduta pari a 15 metri ma in realtà era meno di 10 metri; Piccola. Molto familiare con foto ingannevoli sul sito

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Garten. We were there on Christmas Day. The pictures on the website made it a little difficult to see what the rooms would look like, so we were pleasantly surprised by them. They are a little old fashioned, but they are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast and conversation with the hosts. We would recommend this property and return if our plans ever take us back there. The room did not smell like smoke, which after a week in the Balkins, we learned that a truly non-smoking room was a rare find!

Die opulente Inneneinrichtung (muß aber nicht jedem Gast gefallen - uns hat's). Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Frühstück auch, die Lage des Pensions im Grünen ist bemerkenswert.
