We thought the cabin was going to be a kids hang out. Turns out, the cabin is a drive away from the main house. It’s not just a walk away. We thought everything that was pictured was included. “The kitchen setup was fine other than the Keurig cup attachment was in the dishwasher (which was clean but not emptied) so we didn’t find it until the last morning.While the lighted mirror is cool…..the lighting in the MBR bath was not good.Overall though, gorgeous property. Loved the charm, the location and the size was great for the 7 of us. ”

“My stay at this place was excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized. The house was clean, well-equipped, and just as shown in the photos. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area was ideal for spending time with family. In addition, communication with the host was quick and clear at all times. He answered our questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone……

“Was asked to cancel booking and rebook outside of VRBO. The lighter for the fireplace (the only source of heat) did not work, and there was no Kinlin for the fire to get light. The path to the yurt was confusing and not clear. I had to book a hotel room at 11:00 at night after arriving from my wedding. One of the worst experiences of my life. “The house was ADORABLE and elegant at the same time! It was an excellent choice for girls and ladies of all ages. With the house being older, the stairs going to the 2nd floor were steep which took extra care going up and down. Though with practice they were manageable. Other than the quirks of an old house, such as squeaky doors and floors and some rooms being hotter or colder than others, it was an almost perfect get-away! ”
