Er was wel wat lawaai van de nabijgelegen weg, maar dat stoorde ons niet echt. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen die op zoek zijn naar een rustige plek!

Vom 25. bis 29. April durften wir diese fantastische Location nutzen. Wir haben in der Hütte "Hummesknupke" übernachtet. Dies ist das kleinste der 3, aber für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und 1 Hund) mehr als genug. Das Ferienhaus wurde perfekt renoviert, es ist super sauber, alles ist in bester Ordnung und alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist ein freundlicher Mann, der im vorderen Bereich wohnt und uns herzlich empfangen hat. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön und Lüttich, Vaals, Valkenburg und Maastricht sind in der Nähe. Wir haben es hier wirklich genossen und das Gastgewerbe hier ist auch in Ordnung. Mit anderen Worten, sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben wegen Renovierung ein Upgrade bekommen und waren somit in der größten Wohnung. Danach waren wir sehr zufrieden damit, denn mit 4 Erwachsenen wirkte die von uns gemietete Wohnung (hummesknupke) sehr eng und klein. Für den Preis, zu dem wir unsere angemietete Wohnung eigentlich gemietet hatten, wäre es uns auch zu teuer gewesen.Die Wohnung ist hervorragend sauber und komplett. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Das Wetter war gegen uns, da kann natürlich niemand was machen. Aus praktischer Sicht fanden wir, dass es noch etwas schwierig war. Das Sofa ist wirklich schlecht. Jetzt sind wir ältere Menschen mit Rückenproblemen, aber die Rückenlehne ist so niedrig, dass man wirklich keinen Halt im Rücken findet. Es ist auch nicht angenehm, den ganzen Tag auf einem Esstischstuhl zu sitzen. Da alles mit luxuriösem, leckerem Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine gefüllt ist, ist es schade, dass gutes Sitzen nicht möglich ist. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet! Das ist sehr schön! Tipp ist auch eine gute Beleuchtung um abends gut lesen zu können....ja, da spielen vielleicht auch die älteren Augen eine Rolle, aber nochmal bei so viel Luxus ist das doch schön wenn man gut lesen kann. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, wir hätten gerne mehr davon gesehen. Wir hatten das Glück, wieder auswärts essen zu können und dazu gibt es reichlich Gelegenheit. Erschwingliches und gutes Essen. In der Hauptstraße ist ein Bäcker / Supermarkt, der sich hervorragend für Lebensmittel eignet. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub, bei dem wir Ihnen einige Tipps geben möchten: gute Sitzmöglichkeiten und gutes Licht. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Empfohlen! Es ist ein schönes Haus, ausgestattet mit Luxus und Komfort. Herzlicher Empfang mit Limburger Torte, super sauber, gemütlich und komplett eingerichtet, gute Betten und Blick auf Schafe und Hügel. In unmittelbarer Nähe kann man wunderbar wandern und Rad fahren, im Ort gibt es einen guten Bäcker und einen kleinen aber gut sortierten Supermarkt, in der Nähe gibt es Terrassen und Restaurants. Das Hummesknupke Cottage war für uns als 4-köpfige Familie in Ordnung, aber mit 6 Personen scheint es etwas eng, dann würde ich eines der anderen 2 Cottages wählen.

De locatie was perfect voor onze familie, met een rustige bos op een paar stappen afstand, We hebben genoten van de barbecues in de mooie tuin en ontspannen op het terras met een glas wijn, Het huis zelf was goed ingericht en zeer comfortabel, met veel ruimte voor ons zessen, Het bubbelbad was een heerlijke bonus na lange dagen van verkenning van de nabijgelegen attracties zoals Kasteel Vaalsbroek en de pittoreske rivier, Ten zeerste aanbevolen voor een knusse uitje!

L'emplacement était parfait pour notre famille, avec une forêt paisible à quelques pas, Nous avons apprécié les barbecues du soir dans le beau jardin et nous détendre sur la terrasse avec un verre de vin, La maison elle-même était bien meublée et très confortable, avec beaucoup d'espace pour nous six, Le bain à remous était un bonus délicieux après de longues journées d'exploration des attractions à proximité comme le château de Vaalsbroek et la pittoresque rivière, Hautement recommandé pour une escapade douillette!
