“Exceptional property! Heatherland looks like it came out of the pages of a storybook. Perfect location to explore Skye from! The cottage was super clean, roomy, very quiet, with views for miles and miles. We would strongly recommend Heatherland to anyone travelling to Skye.”

“The cottage was just a pictured - quaint, well appointed, cozy, and quite. Our hostess was very pleasant, providing us a warm welcome and suggestions for dining and visits.
We wanted to be a bit out of the way as we visited the Isle of Skye and this location/cottage checked all boxes. It was not located in Portree but close enough for groceries, dining, etc. We chose to stay in most nights and the kitchen provided a wonderful array of equipment/dishes to cook meals for ourselves at night and……

“This sweet gem was the accommodation highlight of our 3 week vacation in Scotland. Loved the location, a nice quiet area with a quick run into Portree for supplies. Super access to almost any destination on Skye. Liz has decorated the cottage so beautifully. Has very comfortable beds & all the comforts of home. We would highly recommend this cottage. ”
