"We stood in a Non-smoking area that smelled as if we stayed in the smoking side. Towels also smelled like cigarettes The plumbing was an issue my son took and bath and the water took a while to go down and when it did it came out in the shower along with rust when i called guest services they said they call maintenance we waited 40 minutes and nothing so i had to go downstairs to talk to someone in person the moment i asked to switch rooms the sent someone to "fix "it.
