“This rental home is located on a secluded road overlooking a nice countryside in Richmondville. The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side. The house is equipped with new appliances, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a laundry room area that came in very useful. “The house is great! The house is off the main roads but still easy to get to everything! It had rained a lot and even snowed so ground was super wet, so unfortunately I didn’t get to see much of the spacious property! Check in was easy- communication with owner was great, and the beds were comfy! There are lots of movies, books, and games to keep you busy if staying in! Fully stocked kitchen was super useful! “Upon first appearance the house is nicely decorated. The owners did provide toilet paper, paper towels, and hand/dish soap which was nice. However, the house needs a serious deep clean. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms directly Above the beds had a thick layer of dust on them. There were crumbs in the corners of the kitchen floors and the dining room & dust bunnies in the family room. Only one of the lights above the bathroom vanity worked, the other one had a missing bulb & the other 2 did not……
