“Gorgeous location on the Great Wicomico!! Beautiful home with both a rustic feel and lovely modern additions. We brought our boat and the cove on Cole’s Creek was well protected with deep water. Property grounds were so nice, lots of space, and gorgeous view! The owner was super supportive and very helpful with recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!!”

“Very accommodating, comfy beds (a real +). Kitchen fully loaded with supplies (including spices and condiments). We spent so much time down on the dock crabbing and fishing. Our dogs loved the freedom and space. Made friends with others in the area and did dog walks with them.”

“Situated on a point with water on two sides of the expansive property, the setting was amazing. The house is a mid-century ranch that has been thoroughly updated. We had lousy weather, so we did not get to enjoy the large water-side deck and firepit, but even the indoor views of the water from the kitchen-den area were wonderful.”

“This is an ideal home for a group of couples or family wanting to enjoy some peace and quiet together. Bring lawn games, a soccer ball, picnic blankets, beach toys and enjoy! The stretch of beach (on the river) is so lovely and just about the perfect size for some chairs and beach toys. Walking the sand and you'll find ample sea glass or eagle feathers or other fun things to collect! The property itself is designed for views from all the rooms. Bathrooms were all nicely sized and the decor in……

“The home was exactly as described. Just pack a bag and everything else is there. Fully equipped property in a quiet location. The only thing I will add is the master bed was smaller than desired, otherwise everything was perfect! We would love to return at another time when the temps are warmer.”

“If you are looking to get away from the busy life, then look no further. We found it to be a good fit for our family of three. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans. Good communication with the owner/manager.”

“Quiet, clean cottage in a beautiful little town. The place was immaculate and had great views of the water. The fishermen’s museum down the street is a must see. A short drive to the village of Kilmarnock with more museums, shops, and antiques. Make sure to take one of the ships to Tangier Island.”

The unique layout of this beautiful home, the abundant amenities (ping-pong and Wii we're extremely popular), and the views of Dividing Creek made this a spectacular weekend, with no one in each other's way. “The beds were very very comfortable. The rooms were very large and plenty of natural light throughout the home. The kitchen was large and cozy. The furnace kept the home very toasty upstairs and down. The bathrooms were very nice and modern. A few improvements would be nice, ie, table lamp in master needs a new light bulb, the couches were uncomfortable, and the dining room table chairs were very uncomfortable. Window shades could be upgraded. Inform guests that the backdoor porch screen cannot……

“We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. ”
