"We had high expectations for our stay based on the price and wonderful reviews. The house lived up to the reviews and was beautiful and great for our family. We unfortunately came at the time of year where the lake was green and we felt unsafe for the kids to swim in. We even returned our boat rental early which was a disappointment for a wonderful lake house. We would definitely recommend the house for the beautiful view however if going for swimming, I'd consider the time of year and also the access to the lake is quite difficult with the stairs and no ladder from the dock."

"Our stay was wonderful, and the cabin and property were very well described and represented in the photos. Very clean and quaint, with wonderful views of the lake! I would highly recommend this site, and everything you would ever need for your stay is provided. The location is perfect, and Big St. Germain is a beautiful lake for boating or swimming. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I can see why they have gotten excellent prior reviews! We would definitively stay here again."
